How does Adroit Utilities use my information?
If you would like to receive a quote from Adroit Utilities for any work we would require certain information to proceed with your request.

Before the project commences
Adroit Utilities will only disclose your information with relevant Third Parties, typically your local authority so the work can take place. This information has to be passed on in accordance with the Traffic Management Act 2004 and the New Roads & Street Works Act 1991.
Failure to give Adroit Utilities authorisation to pass on your information during the legal process will result in your project not being granted from your local authority.
Once the project is completed
Post completion of your project, we have to prepare a ‘closure pack’ as part of the UIP contract, which is then submitted to the relevant gas transporter.
Storing your information
Adroit Utilities will only store the information you have provided for the duration of your correspondence and until the project is closed.
